The only exotic jerky table in the Capital Region

Nobody else around Albany, Troy, Schenectady or Saratoga sets up a table with alligator, kangaroo and elk on it, which is why people who met us once at a fair end up ordering from home all winter. The exotics are the Whiskey Hill Trophy Series, 3 oz vacuum packs that are gluten-free and made with no fillers, and the full lineup is on the exotic wild game collection. If you have never tried one, gator is where almost everyone starts, and the alligator jerky guide explains why it tastes nothing like you expect.

Where to find the table near Albany

Our spring stop is the Flower and Garden Expo at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, April 2 to 4, 2027, about ten miles up the Hudson from the house. The Saratoga Wine and Chocolate Festival at the Saratoga Springs City Center is on the sample schedule for March and will be confirmed with the organizers. Every date, with directions and an add-to-calendar button, is on the events page, and the text-alert signup there sends one message before each show within about an hour of you.
