Summer in the Berkshires is lawn seats at Tanglewood and a cooler nobody wants to carry across the grass; a tote of 3 oz exotics and one 7 oz brisket weighs nothing and needs no ice. Not currently. The nearest table is the Springfield Sportsmen's Show in West Springfield, Massachusetts each February; dates are on the events page.

How is this different from Vermont-made jerky?

Ours is a curated lineup from two makers: Settlers Jerky Company 7 oz beef and brisket bags and the Whiskey Hill Trophy Series exotics (alligator, bison, elk, venison, wild boar, kangaroo, duck). The exotics are what local smokehouses do not make.

Can I ship to a Killington or Stowe condo?

Any USPS address, including rentals. Order the week before arrival; packages usually leave Albany within two business days.
