Store Policy

The short version of how we do business. For shipping and returns specifics, see Shipping & Returns.

Who we are

Jerky Hut NY is a family-owned reseller and curator of premium jerky based in Albany, New York. We carry Settlers Jerky Company and Whiskey Hill Smokehouse (the Jerky Hut label and the Trophy Series exotics). We do not manufacture, smoke or cure the products we sell.

Pricing

Every single bag is $25. Multi-bag pricing is shown on the Build Your Hut Box page and is applied at checkout. Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Payment

Checkout runs through Wix with PayPal as the payment provider. You can pay with a PayPal account or a card through PayPal; we never see or store your card number.

Allergens and labeling

Ingredient lists are shown only where the maker publishes them. Products are packed in facilities that may also handle soy, wheat, sesame and other allergens. If you have a serious allergy, contact us before ordering and we will check the bag.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to fill your order and, if you opt in, an email address for event dates and new bags. We do not sell your information. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
