- Settlers Jerky Company — Settlers is the maker behind most of the big bags on the table: sweet garlic, whiskey BBQ, prime rib, the four briskets, the Carolina Reaper and ghost pepper, plus the chicken, bacon and tuna. Every bag is 7 oz and $25. (12 bags)
- Whiskey Hill Smokehouse — Two lines from one Oregon smokehouse: the Trophy Series exotics that made the Jerky Hut table famous at the fairs, and the Jerky Hut label beef bags, from Luau Louie teriyaki to the Chernobyl ghost pepper. (14 bags)
