Roscoe, the Beaverkill and the Willowemoc

Hunter, Windham and Belleayre weekends

A ski-house kitchen needs food that works at 6 a.m. and after last chair. There is no store in the Catskills and no pickup in Albany, and the nearest tables to the mountains are the Ulster County Fair in New Paltz and the Dutchess County Fair in Rhinebeck, both on the Hudson Valley page.

Yes, to any USPS address. Order the week before you go; packages usually leave Albany within two business days and reach Greene, Ulster, Delaware or Sullivan County in another one or two.

Which jerky is best for fly fishing on the Beaverkill?
