It is firm, savory, and nothing like the canned stuff, with a clean ocean finish that people either fall for on the first bite or photograph and send to a friend. Either way it gets talked about. In the owner's words, you won't find this one at many places, and that is still true.
Unlike the Trophy Series exotics this is a 7 oz Settlers bag, so you get a lot of tuna for the same $25. It is the odd one out in the exotic lineup and the easiest way to make a box feel like a tasting rather than a snack order.
